Mounting the Controller on a Rack

NI offers two rack mount kits, part numbers 779102-01 and 781989-01, that you can use to

mount the NI cRIO controller and other DIN rail-mountable equipment on a standard 19-inch

(482.6 mm) rack. You must order the NI DIN rail mount kit, part number 157254-01, in addition

to a rack mount kit.

Mounting the Controller on a Desktop

You can use the NI Desktop Mounting Kit, part number 779473-01, to mount the controller on

a desktop.

1. Align one of the end brackets with the mounting hole on one of the ends of the controller.

2. Use a #2 Phillips screwdriver to tighten the captive screw on the end of the bracket.

3. Repeat step 2 to attach the other end bracket.
