cause permanent damage to the device. These are stress ratings only and operation of

the device at these or any other conditions above those indicated in the operating

sections of this specification is not implied. Exposure to absolute maximum rating

conditions for extended periods may affect device reliability.

Notes: 1. The minimum DC voltage is -0.5V on Input/Output pins. During transitions, this level

should not fall below power-on triggering VPOR. The maximum DC voltage is VDDF +

0.6V on I/O pins during transitions. The maximum voltage may overshoot to VDDF +

2V for less than 20ns during transitions on I/O pins.
