 AV05-M: Digital DVX WUXGA implementation of AV05-A suitable for Macs

 AV05-E: Based on AV05-M plus local voice reinforcement , single screen Echo capture, and

touch-panel control

Changed default sub-type for AV05 (Small Classroom):

 AV05-M (Digital)

Updated note:

(*) Hearing augmentation required wherever local voice reinforcement fitted, as required by

BCA/DDA

2.1: 4.1.1 Digital signage display – AV01-S
